Vice city was the first GTA I ever saw someone playing and about the third I actually played. The atmosphere is a bit less mob then before and a bit more ...Miami but it works out pretty fine.
+ Sandbox. The thing I like the most is the high replay value even after missions... the thing most people like is killing thousands of civilians... whatever :D
- Safehouses are nothing but well... a place to save... it kinda feels stupid to pay that much for property and that being used for one savepoint.
- The camera was horrible, especially while driving.
Overall, a pretty decent game. Not really appealing to me but I tried it out of curiosity :D
