The second game in the spin-off series and well... awesome! Buy it! You can find it rather cheap these days and it's the must-have game for the GBA if you're a fan of anything RPG/strategy/ final fantasy.
+ You begin with a decent party with a representative of each race. While playing you'll be recruiting those that wish to join your cause and be able to fully customize your party.
+ Most classes (why illusionist?! I want the calculator back :D) are fun to play with and every class has it's specific functions.
+ Characters can use the skills and weapon sets for their current class, the previously mastered skills of a second class, a reaction ability and a support ability. Allows for very nice customization.
+ The story is not that original but there are plenty of good twist and I promise you'll enjoy it.
+ The Blue Magic is simply awesome in this game. Most games implement it for the sake of tradition (like Cid) but the implemention is poorly executed. This game does it really well.
- The game is kinda slow at times and it's possible to get very frustrated with some quests :D
- While the game is nice and challenging at first, you face very easy foes by the time you're using your first advanced class < a pity and I blame the fact that few AI have enough/decent skills and rarely a secondary skillset.
- It's quite likely you'll be locking yourself out of quests during the course of the game. Getting the final Cid/Judge missions is indeed quite a pain...

All in all, a very nice game. GET IT! If you have to, get a rom but yeah... just get 2 copies, you and a friend and play this awesome game :D
