After the Budokai series ended the DBZ games lost much of their appeal and became well... less interesting...
The series did get back on the right track though and brought us the Budokai Tenkaichi games of which this is the second installation for the Wii.
+ There are lots of characters to choose from, each with their unique moveset. Variety is always good :D
+ The fighting on it's own is decent and on par with other fighting games. Let's forget they had a gazillion tries to get to there :D
+ Alternate storylines. We all know the story by now but there are still some extra chapters which are kinda fun.
- Balance. None of the characters are friggin' balanced! God...
- The terrains are quite open but not quite interesting... I'd say: return to the "out of bounds gives cinematic with some extra damage" or make it so the terrain functions more on a orb'like terrain, eliminating those invisible walls.
- Again a DBZ game...
